Our clients—your guests—are not looking for traditional tour guides. That's why they've come to us in the first place. We're making it possible for them to travel beyond the guidebooks and the usual tourist destinations to meet local people, not just service workers. To enhance their vacation by immersing themselves—even if it's only for a day or two—in the daily life and culture of their destination.

Our team—that's you and your colleagues around Europe—have the opportunity to meet people who travel with a spirit of adventure and curiosity, a personally enriching experience. We know you have "other things to do," and that money alone isn't going to be the sole reason for your to participate. Still, we want this to be a financially worthwhile endeavor. Please ask for our fee proposals.
How will this work?
Our website will feature your photo, your name, your story, your suggested 2-day program, and the particulars of the host questionnaire you filled in. The rest of your information you provided on the questionnaire is to set up an administrative side for you with InTouch Travel. Privacy issues will be honored.
How will InTouch Travel work?
We created an InTouch Travel "gateway” to provide you, our hosts, with a platform to promote yourselves directly to guests. InTouch Travel acts as an agent for you, and you in turn provide services for a specified program to the guests.
Will there be a charge to be listed on the website?
InTouch will charge new hosts €100 to set up your profile, in addition to a €50 annual fee. New hosts will also be able to book guests directly through the InTouch platform in return for a referral fee or commission (please ask us for our fee proposal).
Do you offer different plans on your gateway?
Yes, you have two options. You can either accept InTouch's fee structure (please ask us for our fee proposal); or you can set your own fees. If you prefer to set your own fees you will make your own deals with guests referred to you by the InTouch website. You will inform them of your fees, do your own negotiating and you will be expected to remit a referral fee or commission per guest to InTouch Travel (please ask us for our fee proposal). For groups of 5+ please contact us for special conditions.
If I set my own fees how will guests know?
On the website it will say: "Some of our hosts (indicated with a symbol) prefer to deal with travelers directly. Click on their link and you will be in direct contact with the host to set dates, determine rates, and make your travel arrangements." Please ask us to provide you with our administrative details for this procedure.
