HENRIK TIDEFJÄRD

Henrik Tidefjärd

Every morning Henrik wakes up with a smile on his lips. Why? He knows that he lives in one of the most interesting cities in the world, where the diversity of people, cultures and sub-cultures is extremely high. "Berlin is not snobbish, mainstream and conservative but creative, social and open-minded. Everyone is individual."

He lives in the trendy Prenzlauer Berg area, where there's an international atmosphere, a young and dynamic scene, and loads of bars, restaurants and fashionable shops. It's a booming neighborhood, unaffected by the devastation of World War II and the subsequent gray monotone of East German rule. Yet Prenzlauer Berg is only one district to explore.

Henrik loves Berlin because of its odd aspects, stunning experiences and diversity of lifestyle in each district, and he also likes to share it with people. The mixture of culture, architecture, art, history and people of all kinds can be overwhelming or sometimes even too much for the eye. "In Berlin everything is an adventure worth discovering and there is something to discover for everybody, but to find that something visitors absolutely need a local friend. Berlin is different!"
